REXA Lead Integration ("REXA", "we", "us", or "our") operates the real estate lead generation platform available at rexa.apps2grow.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, email address, phone number, and property information. When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we access your public profile, Facebook Pages you manage, and Instagram Business account data as authorized by you through Meta's OAuth process.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, send real estate outreach communications on your behalf, analyze lead performance and campaign effectiveness, and comply with legal obligations.
When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to REXA, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant. We use this access to post content to your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts as directed by you. We do not sell your Facebook or Instagram data to third parties.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
To request deletion of your data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
